1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of AI Storage Cleaner - ProClean (“ProClean” or the “app”) and the information and support made available at manyfeatures-clean.com. The provider is the developer identified on the app’s App Store listing. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or substitutes for disclosures that must be shown before a purchase.
2. Apple license and platform rules
Your license to the App Store app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a valid custom EULA is supplied with the app. These Terms supplement that license with app-specific service and subscription information. They do not displace Apple’s applicable usage rules or mandatory platform terms. The app provider, rather than Apple, supplies ProClean and its support. You can review the Apple Standard EULA and the Apple Media Services terms.
3. Eligibility and device requirements
You must be able to enter into these Terms under the law that applies to you, or use the app with any required parent or guardian involvement. Your use must comply with the App Store age rating and local requirements. A compatible Apple device and supported operating system are required. Some functions, purchase validation or restoration may need an internet connection. You are responsible for your device, connectivity and any charges from your service provider.
4. What ProClean does
ProClean provides tools for reviewing media, identifying duplicate or similar items, organizing content, and using the additional functions offered in your installed version. These may include photo compression, contact management, a private folder and network tools. Features, limits and availability may vary by version, device, permissions and purchased plan. A cleaner cannot bypass iOS security restrictions or access every app’s private data. We do not promise a particular amount of recovered space or a specific improvement in device speed.
5. Permissions and your decisions
You decide which device permissions to grant. Features that rely on photos or contacts may be unavailable or incomplete if permission is refused or limited. You remain responsible for reviewing the items and actions shown before approving deletion, compression, merging or another change. Automated recommendations are aids to review and may not reflect your personal preferences. Two similar images can contain meaningful differences, and two matching contact names do not necessarily represent the same person.
6. Deletion, compression and backups
Deleting, compressing or merging content can have lasting consequences. Review selections carefully and maintain independent backups of important material. Recovery, where available, depends on iOS, app behavior, synchronization settings and whether recovery periods have expired. Changes may also affect synchronized content on other devices. Compression may alter resolution, metadata or visual quality depending on the selected method. Do not rely on the app as your sole archive or as a guarantee that lost content can be restored.
7. Private-folder responsibilities
The private-folder feature is intended to help separate selected personal content and control access through the available app controls. It does not guarantee protection against all device compromises or other access methods. Keep your PIN and device credentials confidential, and confirm that important files are backed up before resetting, reinstalling or removing the app. Importing content does not necessarily delete the source or other copies. Losing credentials or local data may make content inaccessible.
8. Free and paid features
The app may offer free functions alongside paid features or usage limits. The purchase screen identifies the subscription or other product, its price, billing period and included access before you confirm a transaction. Not every feature displayed on this website is necessarily free. Availability and pricing can differ by country, currency, tax treatment or offer eligibility. The details shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation govern the specific offer you choose.
9. Payment and billing
App Store purchases are billed through your Apple Account under Apple’s purchase process. Payment is charged when you confirm a purchase, subject to the applicable trial or introductory offer. You are responsible for reviewing the total price and keeping the payment arrangements associated with your Apple Account current. We do not collect payment card details through this website and will not ask you to send a card number or Apple Account password to support.
10. Auto-renewing subscriptions
A recurring plan continues for successive billing periods unless you cancel renewal using Apple’s subscription controls. Renewal is billed under the timing and price shown by Apple; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. Your Apple subscription screen shows the relevant renewal or expiry information. Deleting the app, removing local data, stopping use or emailing support does not by itself cancel a subscription. Access after cancellation follows the paid period and Apple’s applicable rules.
11. Trials and introductory offers
A free trial or discounted introductory period is available only when expressly offered and subject to the displayed eligibility conditions. The offer screen shows its length and the price that applies afterward. Unless canceled in time, a qualifying trial converts to the paid recurring plan shown at enrollment. To avoid a trial renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Access may end immediately when some trials are canceled. Unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where Apple’s offer rules provide for this.
12. Managing and restoring purchases
On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select ProClean and follow Apple’s cancellation or management controls. See Apple’s subscription instructions for current steps. To restore an eligible purchase, use the app’s restoration option, where offered, while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoration reinstates an eligible entitlement; it does not create a new paid period or restore deleted personal files. Contact support if an active entitlement is not recognized.
13. Price changes and plan availability
Future prices, available plans or included features may change. Applicable purchase screens and Apple’s notice or consent process govern subscription price changes and renewal choices. We will respect any notice, consent and remedy requirements that apply to existing subscribers. A new website description does not retroactively change the price already confirmed for a completed purchase. If a material service change affects your paid access, applicable consumer rights and Apple’s purchase rules continue to apply.
14. Refund requests
Apple administers refunds for purchases made through the App Store. You may submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com; eligibility and outcomes depend on Apple’s procedures and applicable law. Contacting our support team can help clarify an issue but does not guarantee a refund or replace Apple’s process. A refund or revoked transaction may result in the corresponding paid access being withdrawn. These Terms do not restrict any refund, withdrawal or other remedy you are entitled to by law.
15. Purchase consumption information for refunds
When an end user asks for a refund of an in-app purchase, we may respond to Apple with relevant information about how the purchase was used. Subject to valid consent required by Apple and applicable law, that response may include time spent using the app, an anonymous or pseudonymous account identifier, the total amount spent, and the total amount previously refunded. We provide only relevant information that is actually available to us. This limited disclosure helps Apple assess the request; Apple retains responsibility for its decision. It does not include your private photos, videos, contact contents or PIN. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not replace a separate consent requirement. Further details appear in our Privacy Policy.
16. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use the app only with content you own or are authorized to manage and in compliance with applicable law. Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade purchase controls, interfere with the service or distribute malicious material. Rights in the app’s software, branding and design remain with their respective owners. You retain rights in your personal content. Restrictions on copying, modification and reverse engineering are subject to the governing license, open-source licenses where applicable and rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
17. Privacy and external services
The Privacy Policy explains local content processing, support information, purchase-related information and the specific refund-related disclosure to Apple. It forms the privacy explanation for the service but does not turn acceptance of these Terms into permission for unrelated data use. External services, operating-system features and websites are provided by their respective operators. Network tests can use mobile data and results depend on current network conditions. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of external services.
18. Support, updates and availability
For help, email support@manyfeatures-clean.com with your app version, iOS version and a concise description of the issue. Avoid sending sensitive files or credentials. We may release updates, fix defects or change compatibility over time. Maintenance, connectivity issues and platform changes can interrupt availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a fixed support response time. Where a paid service is materially affected, we will respect the remedies, notice requirements and obligations imposed by applicable law.
19. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law and subject to the governing app license, the service is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every recommendation is accurate or every operation is error-free. You should take reasonable care when acting on file-management suggestions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable obligations relating to fraud, deliberate misconduct, negligence, personal injury or mandatory digital-content rights. Your statutory rights take precedence over any conflicting disclaimer.
20. Ending use and resolving concerns
You may stop using the app at any time; separately cancel any recurring subscription to prevent further renewal. Export important local files before removing the app. Access may be restricted for a material breach where lawful and proportionate, without removing remedies you retain under applicable law. If a concern arises, contact support so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive access to competent courts or remove the protections and complaint routes available in your place of residence.
21. Changes, interpretation and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the app, purchase offerings or applicable requirements. The date above identifies this version. Where required, material changes will be brought to your attention and any necessary agreement will be requested. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible. Mandatory local law and the applicable Apple license prevail over conflicting language. Questions about ProClean or these Terms can be sent to support@manyfeatures-clean.com.
